This policy describes how Coasteez (“we,” “us”) collects and uses information when you visit coasteez.com, buy a pack of custom cork coasters, or contact us. It applies to this website and the order process connected to it.

Information we collect

• Order details. Name, email address, shipping address, phone if you give us one, pack size, and payment status. Card numbers are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Design files. Photos or artwork you upload so we can convert and laser-engrave your coasters, plus the crop and conversion choices you make.
• Support messages. Emails, calls, or other messages you send to support@coasteez.com or (214) 856-0243.
• Technical data. Standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate time. If advertising pixels are active on the site, those partners may also receive a page view or purchase event.

How we use it

• Take payment, confirm your order, and email your private design link.
• Convert your image, engrave the coasters, and ship them to the address you provide.
• Answer questions and fix problems with an order.
• Keep records we need for taxes, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
• Understand whether the site and ads are working, if analytics or ad pixels are on.

Your photos

Uploaded photos and artwork are used to fulfill your order. We do not sell them. We do not put your uploaded photo in our advertising unless you give us written permission. You must have the right to use any image you send us.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run the shop:

• Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
• Shipping carriers — name and address so the package can be delivered.
• Email delivery — to send order and design emails.
• Advertising platforms (when a pixel is installed), including X — events such as a page view or a completed purchase, so we can measure ads.
• Authorities when the law requires it, or to protect the shop against fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Cookies and similar tools

The site uses cookies that are needed for checkout and to keep the site working. If an X (Twitter) or other advertising pixel is present, it may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits and purchases. You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking some cookies may break checkout.

How long we keep it

Order and shipping records are kept as long as we need them to fulfill the order, handle support, and meet record-keeping rules. Design files are kept long enough to engrave and ship your pack and to resolve a problem with that order. You can ask us to delete data we no longer need to keep.

Your choices

Email support@coasteez.com to ask for a copy of the information we have about your order, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We may need to verify that the request comes from you. If you are in California or another place with similar privacy laws, you may also have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, and to not be discriminated against for asking. We do not sell personal information.

Children

Coasteez is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
